About LIVE Consulting

"LIVE Consulting was founded in 2020 in the midst of the COVID pandemic. It became clear that there was a need for a company that provided services related to the health and well being of individuals, rooted in the principal of sustainable self care. With that in mind, I founded LIVE consulting and have strived to develop an offering aligned to the idea of combining age old methods, namely, Conscious Breathing, Beneficial Movement and Stress Mitigation, in order to facilitate the improvement of an individual's health and wellbeing."

The main objective is to offer services to companies and individuals, in an effort to not only improve health and wellness, but to up-skill the individual's ability to sustain said health and wellness, through training and support.
